SHIPPING POLICY

Same Day Shipping on orders entered by 11:00am EST. Delivery time is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. UPS Tracking available upon request.

RETURN POLICY 

All sales are final. We will replace defective products or products damaged in transit within 30 days of purchase and shipping costs will be covered by HC Beauty.

To be eligible for a credit or exchange, you must email orders@hcbeauty.com within 7 days of receiving the item and return the damaged item to HC Beauty. Upon receipt and inspection of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement or issue a partial credit based on condition.
